It’s May 2020. Welcome Back!
Before getting started… here are a few key points to share with you:
- When a library requests that its courier service be restarted, it means the library anticipates having staff ready to receive delivery and to begin processing interlibrary loan requests.
- Routing and scheduling is determined by Western Peaks Logistics, not by CLiC nor local libraries.
- All library material needs to be held in gray bins. Libraries should anticipate that social distancing measures are expected for the transfer of bins to/from courier drivers.
- A date submitted by the library is not guaranteed to be the date when service is fully restored.

If you’ve already filled out and submitted this form, there’s no need to resubmit. Can’t remember if you already did? Please contact us and we’ll confirm. [Public note: the aforementioned form was intended for libraries that elected to stop receiving service during the first months of the global health crisis in 2020 and later decided to restart service.]
If by chance you’re seeing this page and it’s 2021, please contact us directly to inquire about receiving service.
