Welcome to the Office 2007 Tutorials!

Amy Cervene developed the Outlook 2007 class and Eileen Kirk developed the Word 2007 class. Thanks to all for sharing with the library community!

Purpose: To assist users in transitioning from Outlook/Word 2003 to the 2007 version.

Audience: Users who are familiar with Outlook/Word 2003

Format:

  • Online self-paced training.
  • Software modules. No audio
  • Each module is available in a printable format. It is not necessary to print the module, it is just an option if you want printed copies of the module slides.

How to View a Module:

  • Click the link for the module you want to view.
  • Click Run if prompted "Do you want to run or save this file?"
  • Click Run if prompted "Are you sure you want to run this software?"
  • Click OK if a message appears involving "cannot create file."
  • Modules can be viewed selectively and in any order you choose.
  • Modules were created using Adobe Captivate, no special software is needed to view, can take a minute or two to download a module depending on your connection speed.
