This page provides instructions for joining Webinars hosted by CLiC using the Wimba Live Space platform. Please use the following steps to ensure a hassle free online training experience. 1. Is your Computer Ready?
First, walk through the Setup Wizard. You can do this at anytime and once you have run it, you will not have to run it for future webinars.
We will be using a conference phone for the audio portion of the webinar and you will be provided with dialing instructions when you register or when you join the room.
2. Connect to Live Space 10 minutes early.
Click on the following link to enter the webinar room: CLiC Training Room
You will be directed to a User Login page to complete these fields before entering the room:
Room ID: clic_train1
Name: [type your name in the space provided]
You will be offered a chance to run the wizard again. If you have already run it, click on the small link that bypasses the wizard.
Please come early just to make sure everything is working okay (not that computers would ever misbehave at the wrong time!)
3. Problems?
Webjunction (our Vendor for LiveSpace) has an excellent LiveSpace FAQ page that will answer many technical problems and can direct you to further more in depth documentation.
