COKAMO is a delivery system for interlibrary loans between the Mid-America Library Allliance (MALA) member libraries in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois and the Colorado Courier member libraries.

Any Colorado library participating in the Colorado Library Courier may use COKAMO as an interlibrary loan delivery service. Those using OCLC may use it as a reciprocal borrowing service.
