AspenCat eBooks is a 3M eBook collection shared by participating Colorado Libraries.  The collection already has more than 1,200 titles. Another 1,000-2,000 additional titles are expected to be purchased each year. The 3M system offers competitive pricing, including low administration fees, as well as a streamlined download process.  The collection draws from a variety of publishers, large and small including Random House, HarperCollins and Penguin.
