The AspenCat Union Catalog Advisory Committee assists CLiC’s ILS Services Manager with oversight of the contract, policy, pricing, and new program implementation related to the AspenCat Union Catalog running Koha Open Source software. The committee will meet at a minimum of quarterly, and more often if needed.
Make policy recommendations to the Board of the Colorado Library Consortium.
Advise the ILS Services Manager on contract issues and pricing structure for billing participants.
Evaluate use of the software and explore value-added services.
Report on issues or concerns of participating libraries.
Advise on cooperative ventures as appropriate.
Assist with grant applications as necessary to support the service.
Based on a membership call, the Colorado Library Consortium’s ILS Services Manager will appoint seven members from AspenCat libraries to serve on the committee. These members will come from various library types and regions of the state. Committee members will serve a three-year term, with a single reappointment possible.
